ONLINE APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE AT OUR CLEMSON LOCATION. We ask that you produce a valid government-issued photo ID as proof of your age at your appointment. If you’re below the age of 18, please bring a parent along to sign the parental consent form. Parents must also provide a valid government-issued photo ID for themselves. However, for the minor, ID’s only need to have the minors name and date of birth listed on the ID. Please see the FAQ section at the top of our website for more details on our piercing guidelines!
